EVENT: Better workplace health – direct from the experts

Working life is increasingly sedentary – and pressurised. Experts from the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine East Midlands are on hand to help businesses of all sizes and across all sectors improve the wellbeing of their workforce.

This breakfast event is an exclusive opportunity for the local business community to hear first-hand from the experts whose work evidences the widespread benefits of physical activity for all ages, and try for themselves innovative equipment and techniques specifically aimed at improving workplace health. These include a range of equipment such as standing desks, treadmill work stations and wearable technology, and low or no cost activities to help the workforce make changes for the better, for life.
