Participants needed for protein supplementation and exercise training study

The NCSEM-EM, based at Loughborough University, is recruiting participants for a research study to investigate the effects of combining protein supplementation and exercise training on risk factors for heart disease.

The purpose of this study is to see if combining protein supplementation and exercise training results in greater changes to markers of heart health, when compared to exercise training alone.

We are looking for healthy men and women, aged between 20-60 years, to take part in this study. We are looking for individuals who do not currently participate in more than one hour of planned exercise per week.

If you are interested in receiving more information about the study, please contact Dr Oonagh Markey.
