Family health behaviours during lockdown

Loughborough University is looking for participants for a postgraduate research project investigating family exercise and eating experiences during lockdown due to COVID-19.

Perhaps you’re eating more regularly as a family and exercising as a family too. These might be enjoyable experiences or stressful ones. Perhaps you consider your family “healthier” during lockdown or perhaps the opposite. We’re interested in all of these possible scenarios and no experience is deemed irrelevant.

Participants will be invited to attend an online video interview (over a platform and time most convenient to you), lasting approximately one hour. The interview will be relaxed and informal and similar to a regular conversation.

If you are working from home during the lockdown, have a child, or children, at primary-school age and are interested in taking part, please email Samantha Newman at s.newman-19@student.lboro.ac.uk

Project supervisor: Anthony Papathomas, National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine, School of Sport, Exercise & Health Sciences, Loughborough University. E-mail: a.papathomas@lboro.ac.uk
